We understand that you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to getting it to you quickly and safely. Here's what you can expect:
Processing Time
Our skins are made-to-order. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. This means your order will be reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment within this timeframe.
Shipping Times
We offer three shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard USPS Shipping: 2-7 business days (most economical option)
- Media Mail USPS Shipping: 3-8 business days (for books, music, and movies only)
- Expedited USPS Shipping: 1-2 business days (fastest option)

Tracking Information
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to track your package's progress on the USPS website: https://tools.usps.com/go/track/first-class-mail.
Delays
In the unlikely event of a delay with your order processing or shipping, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know what is happening and when you can expect to receive your order. We understand that you're excited to get your goodies, and we'll do everything we can to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds / Returns
Our skins are made-to-order, so we do not keep skins on-hand when an order is placed. We incur cost to produce every skin, which is less likely to be resold after you order it. This would be a cost that we can't recover. For this reason, we only give refunds for defective items, meaning that it doesn't fit (picture proof is required). Please be sure to order the correct skin for the correct device. If your item is defective, you may refund your order within 45 days. Beyond that period refunds or exchanges are not allowed. The product must be defective, picture proof is required.
To complete your return, we must first verify-proof of the purchase and that the purchase is meets one of the conditions mentioned previously.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gizmo Trims PO BOX 600211, Miami, FL 33160. You will be responsible for shipping cost of returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item because this is dependent on the shipping carrier and the tracking of the packing.
Exchanges
We understand that accidents can happen, so our 100% satisfaction guarantee is one of the reasons people choose us. If you damage your skin during installation, you can request an exchange skin for 50% off of the item, . We make every skin as made-to-order. We do not keep skins on-hand.
