Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@gizmotrims.com.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#): We will provide you with a unique RA# that must be included with your return shipment.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Mistakes Made by Gizmo Trims

If we make a mistake on your order, we will take full responsibility and do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation. This may include a rush reprint or a full refund.

Shipping Delays

If your order is late due to a mistake on the part of the shipping carrier, and you used our shipping services, we will pursue a full refund of the shipping costs from the carrier and pass 100% of that refund on to you.

Typos or Artwork Errors

If there is a typo or artwork error in your order that was submitted to us, we will work with you to find a solution that is both satisfactory to you and cost-effective.
